the experience the home owner had is very understandable because boa management is not trained and are incapable of giving home owners any correct information. a customer tried to pay off his loan and did pay it off however boa kept calling hime on a daily basis he was told he still owed boa 50.00 and would boa would not allow him to make pmt over phone. management advised homeowner he was not eligible to pay off him over the phone or at a boa and he should have called csvc to get correct infor homeowner became very upset but boa did not care BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE A HOME LOAN, CKING,SAVS OR ANY MONEY WITH BOA THEY CHARGE HIDDEN FEES TO HOMEOWNERS/AND BKING CUSTOMERS.
