My Bank of America credit card provides me with my credit score. Everything was OK until 3 months ago, when the information they show turned completely wrong. I've contacted TransUnion, but that was a complete waist of time - no wonder they have 1 star on all of their Customer Reviews - so, I filed an official complaint with a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and went to Bank of America. First, a girl on the local brunch tried to just get rid of me telling me things not even related to my issue. Second, I was given a phone number and told to call this number and file a complaint. And so I did. After 20 minutes waiting on the phone I had to repeat the whole description of the problem 3 (three!!) times before a young man on the other end was able to concentrate and understand what I was talking about. Than he tried to tell me some bs, than he finally filled a complaint and told me somebody will call me within 10 days... Well, 2 weeks later - no calls or emails. And now I've been on the phone waiting for an answer for 20 minutes again. What a disrespect to your clients,Bank of America! Obviously, you fill very comfortable with today's administration to treat Americans like garbage. You should keep in mind, though, it's not going to be like this forever... We will fight, and you will pay for what you do to us.
