BoA mortgage department didnt cancel payment for closed mortgage - customer service
My new mortgage was closed 2/23/2015 and payment for new mortgage was scheduled for 4/01/2015.Today I checked my bank account and I seen my account was debted on amount what I paid for my old mortgage.When I called to customer service the associate told me they didn't cancel my automatic payments from previous mortgage.I told her I need this money back today,because I counted on this money and this is not my fault that somebody doesn't do right job.She told me BoA can return money back in 3 business days,because I wasn't agree with this answer she transferred me to her supervisor TRIVA ID 8132.This lady told me same thing and told me she is sorry about that.I ask her what can I do with her" SORRY",If I need this money.She just insisted my money will return in 3 business days.It means ,for 3 days BoA will use my $2000,make money for bank and after return to my account without interests,wich I lost when they withdrawed from my account.
I was their customer 14 years,l had 3 mortgages,and a few accounts and credit cards,I never been late with my payments.Last year they sold out my 2 mortgages to other banks.what is very inconvenient,I closed all accounts and I never recommend to nobody to have deal with this bank.
