Do Not Use B of A Wire Transfer Service via On Line Banking - Wire Transfer Process Using Internet

Two days ago I decided to wire some money using B of A Online Banking. You will waste up to 2 hours of your time if you use this service. After entering the amount to be wired, the ABA number and Account number of the recipient (and being charged ten dollars for this service), you will receive an email saying you must call security alert immediately. Of course the office was closed. Then you will try to go on line to send a message, and you will be blocked access to your on line banking account. The next morning you will call B of A to fix this mess and you will wait 30 minutes on hold. Then an operator will answer, ask for a bunch of information and then transfer you to someone else, who will ask for the same information. Then that someone else will force you to recite the ABA number and Account number over the phone of the person or business receiving the wired funds. Then you will be told "good that is what you entered on line, just checking." Then you will have to wait for the agent to get a new security code for you to re-gain access to your on line banking. Once you access your account you have to set up a new password that has never been used in the past. All because you elected to initiate a a wire transfer using B of A's online transfer service. The Bank should advise customers on line at the time of electing this service, that they will be greatly inconvenienced by all of these steps.
