HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SAVINGS ACOUNT


This branch has horrible customer service! No one smiles or treats you nice! You feel like you are in cathlic school and you will get repremanded by the tellers. They say welcome to bank of america , but dont even bother to lift their eyes and make contact or smile. You are left wondering trying to figure out who the heck said that as there are a few with no customers and all looking down to what ever it is they are doing. The long line of customers are all pointing to who spoke as they can see im lost and the teller doesnt even bother to figure out why with such a long line no one has gone up to her window. I didnt write the numbers just exactly in the box for each digit and I got scolded and told I had to do it over. They are never nice, never smile and are never helpful. its so sad as Wells fargo is literally next door and I bank there too and they are SOOOOOO nice!!!! YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! HELLO!!!! wow.......
