Worst customer service in the industry - Credit Card

I have been a long time customer of BOA since 1997, while on vacation my bill arrive at my PO Box. The date the bill was due was 7/14, today the 7/21 I stopped by the grocery store on my way home from vacation to get groceries. My card was declined and I had no idea why so I called them and they explained why. I explained my situation and as a longstanding customer that has never missed a payment in all of those years and has used my Bank account to pay each statement cant they just draw it out so I can buy my groceries. There poor record keeping did not have any of my information in their system to show my Bank account (which has been used every month for payment) and they were unwilling to help me. I had to leave my groceries and the store because they refused to help me. I went home paid them on line and immediately closed the account. I will no longer be a customer to someone that does not appreciate longterm loyalty! They did not have any of my information in the system, I had a huge credit amount available and yet they declined my card for a first time miss of payment by 7 days.
