Every time I come to this branch, I receive TERRIBLE customer service. The manager at this location has no business working in customer service. I had to actually tell her I AM THE CUSTOMER so she would realize she could not talk to me in the manner that she was. I am LIVID and absolutely fed up with the way this branch thinks they can treat customers. The manager needs to lose her job. That's how rude she was to make me that upset and I never wish that upon anyone. Her peers need to address this with her ASAP as it was not OK how she handled the situation at all. She is very aggressive and seriously deserves to be fired. I can't stress that enough. I have been a customer with BOA for almost 10 years and every time I go to this branch, the level of customer service is well below par. A regional manager needs to come in and retrain all of these employees on how to treat customers.
