In bank branch customer service - Bank of America
I have banked with Bank of America for 38 years (began when it was known as NCNB). I have never experienced such horrible branch customer service as I have in the last months. It does not matter which branch in the city that visit, there are only 1 or 2 (if lucky) tellers on the line including the drive through window and tons of people in line waiting in line outside in the drive thru AND inside. I know Bank of America is encouraging making deposits through the app. However, when you don't have good strong cell service that is impossible to do. The employees are doing the best they can but it is extremely obvious that Bank of America is not adequately staffing their bank branches. I will not spend a large part of my day trying to make a deposit. I will find another bank who wants my business! It is going to be a hassle to move my online banking bill accounts but if that is what I have to do, I will. I need a bank that will offer me adequate service!
