Bank of America Complaint

BOA Cranford, NJ Branch, Worst Branch of BOA(of Any Banks I've been)
I've been a BOA customer for over 10yrs and have been happy with their services until today after visited their branch @ Cranford, NJ.
I arrived there prob around 9:15am hoping someone working in the lobby would be able to help me with some urgent account issue. A few minutes later, I was advised by a staff there that they ONLY take customers who make appoints with them in advance and, as a general rule, they do not work with clients who walk in without an appointment. She claimed that was a new BOA policy which applies to all BOA branches.
Seriously??? I've been to many BOA branches, big or small, in several states and NEVER was told an appointment was a must. I can understand that if you walk in to a branch with a person with appointment, you will have to wait. But since when did BOA start this no appointment no help from lobby reps policy?? If her statement was true, how come, I, as a BOA customer, NEVER received any notification about this new policy??? How come later on when I called BOA 800 # and spoke with a couple of reps, neither has heard about this so-called new policy??? Or it's just a lame excuse to turn away their loyal customer??? ( - Declaration: the staff spoke to me was polite, so this complaint is not personal.)
