Texas St, Fairfield Branch of Bank of America needs to STOP delaying teller window service on BUSY Friday afternoons when the line backs out into the parking lot. Tellers have a routine of ASKING to INFORM everyone of new products & services....many patiently listen, few act on suggestions, which is an outlandish waste of time........I have not had this miserable experience any where else ....... seems a unique Fairfield Branch branch management issue. Waiting 40 minutes to deposit cash from a car sale is simply too long to need to wait for such a simple transaction......seeing 3 kiosks vacant is infuriating on such a peak customer crush......
