My friend went on a business trip out of the country and did not alert BofA that he would be out of the country. When he tried to use his credit card he was told that it was frozen for suspicious behavior. He knew all the passwords and security questions but was told that he would have to come into the bank personally to solve the issue. He was then stuck in the foreign country without money and had to get a job there so he could buy a plane ticket home. Once home he went in person to the bank who refused to unfreeze his card and had in the process frozen his accounts because the company he worked for overseas deposited his salary in his account. Now the bank has declared the money to be fraudulent. The FBI has cleared him of fraudulent business the fraud department has finally cleared him but the bank still will not release his money to him. He has been home a year and is still going through this nightmare.
