Closing local drive throughs


Apparently some highly paid executive(s) somewhere decided that saving costs at the expense of customer service was a worthwhile move. Probably most BOA customers have experienced one of their many decisions to cut customer service or implement/ increase fees. It is rare to even get someone to answer the phone at our local branch... they just let it ring. While it will take some time to change the numerous direct deposits and direct billing , this is the straw that broke the camel's back.
