WENT ON WEDNESDAY MAR 4 2015 TO A BRANCH OFF E..LITTLE YORK HOUSTON TEXAS CORNER OF HWY 59 I WENT IN TO DO A LARGE WITHDRAW SOMETHING THAT COULDNT BE DONE IN THE DRIVE THRU, NEVER WILL I GO AGAIN THE HOSTESS IN FRONT WHEN YOU WALK IN WAS VERY RUDE TO THE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY TO THE HISPANIC /MEXICAN PEOPLE THAT COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH SHE NEVER CRACKED A SMILE OR GREET THE PEOPLE WITH RESPECT IF YOU ASK ME THE SUPERVISOR AND THE HOSTESS IN FRONT ARE VERY RUDE AND TREAT THE PEOPLE OF COLOR AND HISPANIC LIKE TRASH I STOOD IN LINE FOR 45 MINUTES AND THE REASON WHY I KNOW IT WAS 45 MINUTES BECAUSE I WALKED IN AND STARTED TO LOOK AT THE TIME ,BECAUSE I HAD TO BE SOMEWHERES IN 30 MINUTES I ASKED THE HOST IN FRONT FOR SUPERVISOR AND SHE REPLIED WITH A SMART ALEC ANSWER THAT I WAS ALMOST GONNA GET HELP THAT I WAS CLOSE TO THE WINDOW WITH 9 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME,THE TELLERS WERE TRYING THIER BEST TO HELP EVERYONE AND THE HOST EVEN TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS 3 TELLERS IN THE FRONT HELPING AND 3 IN THE WINDOW WE ALL STOOD UP THERE LOOKING AT THEM AND THERE WAS ONLY TWO IN FRONT AND ONE IN THE WINDOW WORKING LOOK AT YOUR CAMERAS YOU CAN SEE .THE HOST WOULD NOT GET ME A SUPERVISOR TO ASK HER WHY THE LINE SO LONG AND WHY ONLY 2 TELLERS IN FRONT IN A BUSY DAY AFTER WORK HOURS I THEN ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW WHICH WAS MRS. VIDALY MIRELES AND CAME ACROSS TO ME VERY RUDE SHE ALREADY KNEW I WAS GONNA MAKE A COMPLAINT TO HER ; I TOLD ASK HER IF SHE COULD PUT SOME MORE PEOPLE TO WORK UP FRONT,THIER WAS MORE IN THE BACK JUST TALKING AND NOT HELPING AT ALL,,,IN MY JOB WHEN EVER WE NEED SOME ONE, SUPERVISORS ARE ALWAYS THIER TO HELP IN STEP IN QUICKLY..

I KNOW THAT BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION AND THE PEOPLE THAT COME IN THIS BRANCH TO DO TRANSACTION ARE THE MAJORITY BLACKS AND HISPANICS SO THEY DONT CARE TO GIVE THEM EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TREATS THEM WITH NO RESPECT WE ALL GET TREATED AS IF WERE ARE IN WELFARE LINE OR GOVERNMENT OFFICE . IF ONLY YOU COULD GO AND INVESTIGATE THIS YOU WOULD SEE HOW PEOPLE GET TREATED EVEN THE SUPERVISOR IS RUDE AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.SHE FELT LIKE IF I WAS A BOTHER TO HER AND SHE TREATED EVERYONE THERE AS IF SHE WERE PREJUDICE AGAINST BLACKS AND HISPANICS ...I DONT SEE ANY PROFESSIONALISM OR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIER IN THAT BRANCH MRS. MIERLES WALKED OUT ON ME AND I WAS NOT EVEN FISHED TALKING TO HER. SHES RUDE AND NO RESPECT TO HER CUSTOMERS..
