Check to BOA to be endorsed for #4478 - Insurance Claims Dept for BOA
First week of August, I sent to BOA an insurance check for their endorsement. It has been near a month and the check has not been returned to me. I have placed three calls to their office and told they will endorse the check and return it as the insurance claim does not exceed $10K. One rep told me that their was no record of a check as it was not posted into my account. Hello why would it be posted into my account? Then I get a notice in the mail stating my inquiry has been received and they are looking into, then I get another notice stating that my loan is being serviced through another company, but yet I make my payments to BOA and have been for years. Will someone please sign the check and return it to me so that I can the repairs done on my home, how hard can that be? Not sure who is more ignorant BOA or State Farm for cutting a $2600 check to me and the mortgagor. I'm almost certain someone has pocketed that check.
