Horrible Company!!
I recently went into this location and presented my debit card that has my name and " Bank of America " on it. I was trying to get some general customer service, but instead they treated me like something on the bottom of their shoe they had stepped in. They said I am not a Bank of America customer. What? I am holding a debit card and have used it on a daily or weekly basis for years! They said "we sell our name and logo to other companies. Therefore you are NOT our customer." They were horribly rude and acted like I was an outsider and not allowed in their gang. I am only a BOA customer because my employer pays their employees by providing them with their own BOA debit card. The card has my name on it and the BOA logo, but they said my employer is their customer and I am not. My company name is nowhere on the card. I hate BOA! I have had several incidents with them in the past and had similar issues and my sister closed all of her accounts because of problems. It is unbelievable to me that this company can stay in business.
